    I have issue where I am unable to view links that have been emailed to me whilst using my Blackberry is it a configuration setting on my Blackberry or something else?

    The link you refer to is a .vso file. This contains information that allows the R/KYV document to be located and viewed in SmartOffice. R/KYV does not ship with a BlackBerry compatible version of SmartOffice, so the .vso file is meaningless to it.

    Fortunately (and this is where I have to put my sales hat on), we do offer a BlackBerry client that allows the .vso files to be opened, and the documents displayed.
