    I have received an email from Open Text which implies that they would no longer support our installation if I had one of your healthchecks, are you able to provide any advice?

    Funnily enough, the answer to this came out of a meeting I had with a prospective customer a few weeks ago, who had just received that e-mail. He said that he would just go to Open Text and say "So, tell me where this is wrong". I have spoken since to a number of other recipients of the mail, who have all said similar things. "Unfazed", was one response.

    The bottom line is that our Health Checks are uncovering things that should have been put right in the past, and what is more, seem to be stirring Open Text back into life with regards to their R/KYV customers.

    Our mission is to help R/KYV users get the best out of what they have got, and extend the usage of the product and not move to non-Open Text platforms. That is to Open Text's advantage as much as anyone else's
